Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rae Creating (More). We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

You must report any issues or request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Beauty products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging for hygienic reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Beauty products that have been opened or used.

Items marked as final sale.

Personalized or customized items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please send email to raecreatingmore@gmail.com & rhodge@ribbonspolish.com with ATTN: RETURNS "ORDER NUMBER:......." within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs (if applicable) of the item(s) in question.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if your return is eligible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify in your request the replacement item you would like. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
